Este es un momento especial para que todos nos unamos y exploremos como cuidar nuestra salud mental.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mindfulness nos ayuda a ser conscientes de lo que est\u00e1 pasando en el momento presente dentro de nosotros y a nuestro alrededor. Al ir juntos como un r\u00edo construyendo una verdadera comunidad, lograremos un despertar colectivo. Solo un despertar colectivo como este puede restaurar la confianza para construir una mejor comunidad y sanar el trauma de la crisis que vivimos.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure
