Rese\u00f1a. <\/strong>En la actualidad existen diversas opciones de tratamiento e intervenciones para los trastornos  del neurodesarrollo (TND), grupo de condiciones cl\u00ednicas y casualmente distintas con d\u00e9ficits y\/o  alteraciones en el desarrollo y en el funcionamiento, si bien, en el caso de los trastornos del espectro autista (TEA) y el trastorno por d\u00e9ficit de atenci\u00f3n con hiperactividad (TDAH) existe cada vez m\u00e1s y mejor evidencia, el tratamiento integral representa un reto por su etiolog\u00eda multifactorial, la heterogeneidad en las manifestaciones, la presencia de comorbilidades y la severidad variable. Los trastornos coadyuvantes (TC) son alternativas que no sustituyen, pero s\u00ed buscan aumentar el beneficio de la o las intervenciones principales (psicosociales y farmacol\u00f3gicas). Lo anterior, hace de esta obra un material excepcional que brinda al cl\u00ednico una propuesta con un enfoque novedoso al recabar la evidencia cient\u00edfica m\u00e1s reciente para estos dos TND. Esta colaboraci\u00f3n del Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatr\u00eda Ram\u00f3n de la Fuente Mu\u00f1iz (INPRFM), con la Asociaci\u00f3n Psiqui\u00e1trica Mexicana (APM), ofrece al lector las herramientas para informar, orientar, y\/o seleccionar con responsabilidad y conocimiento, sobre alternativas que aportan beneficios a corto, mediano y largo plazo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
