Mora-Romo<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#386254\"><strong>Antecedentes.<\/strong> El aspecto cr\u00f3nico que empieza a caracterizar al COVID persistente hace un llamado a la propuesta de intervenciones desde instituciones como la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) y el National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) para lograr un manejo de la enfermedad, el cambio conductual y el autocuidado.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Objetivo.<\/strong> Elaborar una revisi\u00f3n narrativa sobre la literatura psicol\u00f3gica que ofrece estrategias de intervenci\u00f3n acordes a las recomendaciones de las gu\u00edas de manejo del COVID persistente propuestas por la OMS y el NICE.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>M\u00e9todo.<\/strong> Se consultaron las bases de datos MEDLINE, EBSCO, Google Scholar, SciELO, PsycINFO, PubMed, Cochrane y CONRICYT. Se utilizaron operadores booleanos y palabras claves para una b\u00fasqueda exhaustiva.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Resultados.<\/strong> Las aportaciones de los estudios fueron categorizadas en cinco estrategias de intervenci\u00f3n basadas en las gu\u00edas de recomendaci\u00f3n de la OMS y el NICE: Psicoeducaci\u00f3n, Autocuidado, Redes de apoyo, Relajaci\u00f3n y Establecimiento de metas.
