El pasado 16 de octubre del 2022 celebramos la 1\u00aa Carrera por el Bienestar y la Salud Mental en el Foro Sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Es tiempo de hablar, Mentalizarte y el Voluntariado del Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatr\u00eda (INPRFM)<\/strong> nos unimos para organizar este magno evento que tuvo como objetivo promover el bienestar y reducir el estigma hacia la b\u00fasqueda de atenci\u00f3n por temas de salud mental. Adem\u00e1s, se trat\u00f3 de una carrera con causa, ya que, con lo recaudado, se apoyar\u00e1 a pacientes de escasos recursos del INPRFM con su tratamiento farmacol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detr\u00e1s de esta carrera hay incontables horas de trabajo, perseverancia, esfuerzo, valent\u00eda y esperanza para hacer m\u00e1s visible la salud mental en nuestro pa\u00eds. Nos acompa\u00f1aron 1,300 personas a cumplir esta meta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
