Se estima que entre uno y dos por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n mexicana padece anorexia y bulimia nervosa, y de 2.5 a tres por ciento, trastorno por atrac\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"409\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/vegetable-skewer-paprika-tomato-3317060.jpg?resize=640%2C409\" alt=\"vegetable skewer, paprika, tomato-3317060.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-2372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/vegetable-skewer-paprika-tomato-3317060.jpg?resize=1024%2C655&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/vegetable-skewer-paprika-tomato-3317060.jpg?resize=300%2C192&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/vegetable-skewer-paprika-tomato-3317060.jpg?resize=768%2C491&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/vegetable-skewer-paprika-tomato-3317060.jpg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En entrevista, precis\u00f3 que el intento suicida, suicidio, depresi\u00f3n, ansiedad, desnutrici\u00f3n, esofagitis, reflujo, gastritis, alteraciones dentales, as\u00ed como da\u00f1o renal y cardiaco, son algunos problemas de salud que pueden presentarse en quienes sufren trastornos alimentarios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La anorexia nervosa se caracteriza porque la persona percibe una imagen corporal distorsionada de s\u00ed misma y un miedo injustificado a subir de peso; para mantener el peso por debajo de lo normal deja de comer y se somete a ejercicio excesivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la bulimia nervosa, las personas presentan episodios regulares de ingesti\u00f3n de una gran cantidad de alimentos y posteriormente aparece un sentimiento de culpa en el que, para evitar el aumento de peso, recurren a la pr\u00e1ctica del v\u00f3mito autoinducido y\/o abuso de laxantes, diur\u00e9ticos o enemas. Ocasionalmente, compensan con ejercicio excesivo o ayunos prolongados.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\"
