Sin embargo, su ejercicio puede verse limitado por determinantes de la salud y otras condiciones estructurales. Conocer los antecedentes de las mujeres que se someten a una Interrupci\u00f3n Legal del Embarazo (LIP) ayuda a identificar patrones de desigualdad y su impacto en el ejercicio de la autonom\u00eda reproductiva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objetivo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#7b4620\">Analizar el perfil de las mujeres que interrumpen legalmente un embarazo en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e9todo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#802424\"> An\u00e1lisis de clases latentes, con la participaci\u00f3n de 274 mujeres que interrumpieron un embarazo del primer trimestre en un establecimiento p\u00fablico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"470\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/watercolor-portrait-character-1020509.jpg?resize=640%2C470\" alt=\"watercolor, portrait, character-1020509.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-2289\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/watercolor-portrait-character-1020509.jpg?resize=1024%2C752&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/watercolor-portrait-character-1020509.jpg?resize=300%2C220&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/watercolor-portrait-character-1020509.jpg?resize=768%2C564&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lafuente.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/watercolor-portrait-character-1020509.jpg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resultados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#7b4620\">Modelo de dos clases latentes: adulta (68,34%) y mujeres j\u00f3venes (31,65%). El estigma fue la variable predictora de clase; a mayor puntuaci\u00f3n, menor es la probabilidad de pertenecer al grupo de adultos ( p\u00a0 = 0,019). Las mujeres adultas se caracterizaron por tener un menor nivel educativo, participar en actividades no remuneradas, tener al menos un hijo, haber tenido abortos previos, haber experimentado violencia de pareja en los \u00faltimos doce meses y reportaron que sus parejas no estaban de acuerdo con la interrupci\u00f3n del embarazo. Las m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes eran estudiantes, ten\u00edan pareja y denunciaron que sus parejas hab\u00edan acordado con ellas solicitar un aborto.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Discusi\u00f3n y conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#7b4620\">A pesar de los cambios legales realizados, el estigma sigue presente en la demanda y el acceso al aborto, particularmente para mujeres con determinadas caracter\u00edsticas.
