az\u00facares, harinas y aceites\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mencion\u00f3 que el consumo de este tipo de productos genera un estado proinflamatorio en el organismo, debido a la sensibilidad a todos los compuestos qu\u00edmicos ingeridos; \u201ces una situaci\u00f3n similar a la exposici\u00f3n a niveles altos de estr\u00e9s; esto provoca mayor predisposici\u00f3n a padecer trastornos afectivos como la depresi\u00f3n y la ansiedad.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La especialista en Nutrici\u00f3n adscrita a la Cl\u00ednica de los Trastornos de la Conducta Alimentaria del Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatr\u00eda Ram\u00f3n de la Fuente Mu\u00f1iz, Blanca G\u00f3mez Tello, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Salud y Nutrici\u00f3n (Ensanut) Continua 2022 muestran que, despu\u00e9s del agua, los l\u00edquidos m\u00e1s consumidos por la poblaci\u00f3n mexicana son las bebidas endulzadas, considerados como productos ultraprocesados por su alto contenido de az\u00facar a\u00f1adido.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La Ensanut Continua 2022 se\u00f1ala tambi\u00e9n que m\u00e1s de la mitad de los cuatro mil 088 preescolares y escolares de quienes se obtuvo informaci\u00f3n para la encuesta report\u00f3 ser consumidor de botanas, dulces y postres, y 20 por ciento de los mil 445 adolescentes comi\u00f3 carne procesada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex
