class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Modelo MAS-Bienestar contiene un apartado espec\u00edfico sobre salud mental: Zo\u00e9 Robledo\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ISSSTE puso en marcha Programa Integral de Salud Mental para los tres \u00f3rdenes de atenci\u00f3n: Luc\u00eda Amelia Ledesma Torres\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autoridades del sector, encabezadas por el secretario Jorge Alcocer Varela, presentaron el <strong>Plan Sectorial de Salud Mental y Adicciones 2023-2024<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/3rgiOBD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>[ver]<\/strong><\/a>, que contiene una serie de acciones para brindar servicios desde el \u00e1mbito comunitario, con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y enfoque de derechos humanos.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al encabezar la ceremonia, el secretario de Salud, Jorge Alcocer Varela, asegur\u00f3 que la salud mental, igual que la salud f\u00edsica, determina el bienestar humano, y hoy el sistema de salud se transforma en nuestro pa\u00eds con el redise\u00f1o de procesos que llevar\u00e1n a cerrar la brecha que existe para dar paso a la correcta atenci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una sinergia interinstitucional.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explic\u00f3 que el enfoque comunitario de la atenci\u00f3n a la salud mental y adicciones incluye la promoci\u00f3n integral, que permite a la poblaci\u00f3n acceder a servicios de forma universal y gratuita. <strong>\u201cSe est\u00e1 cumpliendo la transformaci\u00f3n de la salud en M\u00e9xico\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subray\u00f3 que la pandemia de COVID-19 determin\u00f3 y desencaden\u00f3 problemas de salud mental, debido al largo confinamiento, el miedo, la incertidumbre, la p\u00e9rdida de seres queridos. \u201cLos estragos en la salud mental pueden ser uno de los efectos m\u00e1s importantes a largo plazo y ha hecho visible lo indescriptible, como la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div
