PANGEOS<\/strong>
Es una Plataforma de An\u00e1lisis Geoestad\u00edstico en Salud Mental la cual re\u00fane en un solo sitio informaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica relacionada con recursos humanos, mortalidad, morbilidad y servicios de salud para personas con trastornos mentales, uso de sustancias y lesiones entre los a\u00f1os 2000 y 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANTECEDENTES<\/strong>
En M\u00e9xico los trastornos mentales, neurol\u00f3gicos, consumo de sustancias y el suicidio constituyen el segundo grupo de enfermedades que concentra las mayores tasas de a\u00f1os de vida ajustados en funci\u00f3n de la discapacidad. Para hacer frente a esta situaci\u00f3n es necesario contar con programas y servicios de atenci\u00f3n resolutivos y con capacidad t\u00e9cnica. Sin embargo, la informaci\u00f3n que permite dar cuenta del avance en esta materia est\u00e1 fragmentada, la investigaci\u00f3n es escasa principalmente por los costos que representan realizar estudios para estimar el impacto de los programas y las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s del proyecto: Sistema de Monitoreo de la Atenci\u00f3n a los Trastornos Mentales y del Comportamiento debidos al Consumo de Sustancias se desarroll\u00f3 la Plataforma de An\u00e1lisis Geoestad\u00edstico en Salud Mental (PANGEOS-MX) como resultado de un esfuerzo conjunto del Programa Nacional Estrat\u00e9gico PRONACES-SALUD, del Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatr\u00eda Ram\u00f3n de la Fuente Mu\u00f1iz y de la Facultad de Psicolog\u00eda de la UNAM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
